All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service from Maryland. You may choose to have your order shipped Next Day Saver, 3 Day or Ground. We will be offering complimentary 2nd Day shipping for orders over $500.00. Orders will be shipped within 3 business days of receipt of order except back ordered items and favors. We will let you know right away when the item is scheduled to ship. UPS delivers to actual street addresses only, no P.O. Boxes.

Returns

Undamaged items may be returned within 14 days of receipt with proof of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
